it’s about time for a picture post, isn’t it? it’s raining and i’m sitting at a cafe and nuns are singing in a chapel nearby. it feels like a good time for pictures.
these are just from my phone; better ones will come later. that’s a promise. hold me to it.
the main street, corso cavour
by the main entrance
the clock tower whose bells toll every fifteen minutes from 8 am to midnight
the first birthday cake
sometimes we get whole pizzas for dinner
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL STORE EVER
all the pretty colors
in which i climbed a tree and linnet took a picture of my feet
champagne grapes. love.
we went rambling in the countryside and then we sat in a field and ate bread with nutella. i like italy.
watching the rain roll in from a turret in the front park
the corso in the rain
that’s all for now, folks! hope these offer a little visual peek into orvieto life 🙂 it’s pretty darn incredible and i may never come home.
jokes. but it will be hard to leave. i’ve definitely fallen hard for italy, even if it doesn’t feed me vegetables quite often enough.
ps, i am going to start a food journal one of these days.
